Another Ladakh season wrapped up, and we're left reminiscing about memories that outshine even the brightest stars in the clear Himalayan sky.

We've been hosting these tours for over 20 years, and let me tell you, the North Indian Himalayas still woo us like that crush from high school.

Thought you've seen all? Hah! The Himalayas laugh in the face of predictability. Every time we think we've hit the "been there, done that" zone, this region throws another wow-moment our way. Think of it as nature's plot twist.

This year, we've added 'Construction Dodgeball Champion' to our resumes. Why, you ask? The massive infrastructure projects popping up – a by-product of the not-so-secret love notes exchanged between India and China. While they reshape the landscape, literally and politically, we’ve embraced the spirit of Bear Grylls: adapt, improvise, and keep the thrill alive.

A standout moment? The rollercoaster ride from Lamayuru into Zanskar valley. Starting from Leh, we made a left at Lamayuru; it was 215 KM of pure "Hold onto your helmets!" excitement.

We began on roads as smooth as a jazz tune. But soon, we scaled the dizzying heights of Singhe La, with panoramas so jaw-dropping, our cameras practically begged for a moment’s rest.

• Three mountain passes that soared around 5,000 meters – each turning the dial up on majestic. The scenes were so mesmeric, they virtually demanded a leisurely pace, allowing for a good ol' 100-photo burst every hour.

• Our picnic, oh boy! A panoramic view that made 360 degrees seem like an understatement.

• The semi-tunnel rides? Think of the best roller coaster, then multiply the thrill by 'Himalayan' dimensions. Those twists and turns were nature whispering, "Buckle up, buttercup!"

• And don’t even get me started on the Ladakh morning and afternnon sun! It turned everything it touched into a cinematic masterpiece, be it a humble village hut or a towering gompa.

Wrapping up: one heck of a day. Worth every moment and every curve. This route? It’s now a VIP on our Ladakh hit list. Here's to more roads less traveled! 🏍️🗺️🎉
